OffWhiteBride.com offers a "No Hassle" return policy on all in-stock wedding dress purchases. If you purchase a dress that we have in inventory you have 7 days after receipt to return it. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all tags still attached.
All wedding dress purchases that are returnable will include a prepaid return shipping label. You will be responsible for return shipping, and the cost of original shipping which will be deducted from your return. If your purchase included free shipping your credit will be minus our cost of shipping.
Please allow for 1-5 business days for all refund processing to occur.
Sample Sale Wedding Dresses
Sample Sale wedding dresses are gowns that have been tried on in our store. All sample sale gowns will be professionally cleaned before shipment. All sample sale gowns may need minor to extensive repairs and alterations depending on the sample sale gown condition and size. All sample sale gowns $499 and under are a FINAL SALE, and are not returnable.
If you have questions regarding the condition of a sample sale gown prior to purchase please let us know.
All sample sale wedding dress purchases that are returnable will include a prepaid return shipping label. Returns on Special Order items will incur a mandatory 50% restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to the total purchase price of the item. If we do not have a dress in our physical inventory it is considered a special order. Please be aware that the majority of bridal gowns listed are Special Order Items. If your item is a Special Order item you will be notified via a confirmation email regarding order details and shipping. At this time you will be given 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order.

Its is because of the customization involved in bridesmaids dresses that they are not returnable. Please note that most bridesmaid dresses will require some alterations to ensure a perfect fit.

OffWhite will not be undersold. If you find a wedding dress or bridesmaids dress for less than our advertised price we will match that price! Dress must be identical, designer, color, size, condition, etc.
Price match only applies to authorized retailers. We cannot match prices of sites selling replicas, damaged items, or sample products. In order to verify the price we will need a link to the site or a copy of a written quote from the store where you saw the dress. OffWhite will personally verify each price match request and you will receive notice when the price match has been accepted.
